SMS Terms & Consent

These SMS Terms & Consent describe the text messaging program operated by MRG Equities, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By providing your phone number and checking the consent box on our contact form, you agree to receive text messages from us as described below.

1. Program Description

We send text messages to individuals who request a cash offer or otherwise inquire about our services. Our SMS program is used exclusively for the following message types:

Appointment confirmations and reminders
Property showing scheduling and follow-ups
Offer status updates on submitted properties
Closing and transaction coordination messages

We do not use SMS for high-risk content such as debt collection, gambling, or anything prohibited by carrier guidelines.

2. Opt-In / Consent

You opt in to our SMS program by providing your mobile phone number on our contact form and checking the consent box, or by otherwise initiating contact with us and providing your number. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. You may revoke consent at any time using the opt-out methods below.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies. Standard message and data rates may apply.

Typical frequency is up to several messages per inquiry or transaction, primarily around appointment scheduling and offer follow-ups.

4. Opt-Out (STOP)

To stop receiving text messages from us, reply STOP to any message we send you. Upon receiving your STOP request, we will remove you from our SMS program and send a single confirmation message. You may also opt out by calling us at (407) 702-4307 or emailing marc@cflsold.com.

6. Message and Data Rates

Standard message and data rates may apply for messages we send to you. You are responsible for any charges imposed by your mobile carrier. Check with your carrier if you have questions about your messaging plan.

7. Supported Carriers

Our SMS program supports major U.S. wireless carriers. If your carrier is not supported, you may not receive messages, and we are not responsible for carrier delivery failures.

8. Phone Number Changes

If your mobile number changes, you must re-consent by providing your new number through our contact form. We are not liable for messages sent to a number you no longer own.

9. Privacy

Information collected through our SMS program is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
